Bdo Agreement

[Manila, May 28, 2009] Banco De Oro Unibank, Inc. (PES: BDO) and GE Capital, the financial services unit of General Electric Company (NYSE: GE), have announced the signing of a definitive agreement for the transfer of GE Money Bank (GEMB) to the Philippines in BDO. As part of the agreement, GE will also make a strategic investment in BDO by acquiring a stake of approximately 1.5%, with the possibility of further increasing its holdings by up to 10%. Both transactions are subject to completion conditions, including regulatory approvals, and are expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2009. The game is allowed by Kakao Games Europe only for the territory. The user can create an account from anywhere in the world to access the website and forums. In the event that the user purchased the game out of the territory and then moved it out of the territory, the user may no longer be able to access the game and/or use services that require access to the game.
